The invention relates to a new use of urban bins in such a way that they serve also as an electrical advertising display. The body proper of the bin serving as a support will be put together in such a way that it is possible to build in electrical equipment intended for illuminating an easily interchangeable display. The bin receptacle for that reason will be complemented by appropriate arrangements for the electrical housing, and the display system.
