Device for parting nuts from a metal bar, of the type including, in a housing (1), a motor for rotationally driving the spindle, a tool for parting the bar, a drilling tool, a cutting tool, and a bar feed means, characterised in that it includes: - a first stationary tube (2) extending rearwards from the housing (1), open at the end furthest from the tools, inside which is housed a second tube (3), concentric with the first, of approximately the same length and capable of moving rotationally, also open at the end furthest from the tools, and intended to receive, carry and guide the bar (5) to be parted, - between the tools and the tubes, an assembly (7) for gripping and feeding the bar, and in that the motor (10) is mechanically connected to the tools and to the spindle so that the drilling, cutting, feed and rotational movements are synchronised. <IMAGE>
