The invention relates to an integrated circuit including impedances having specified values. In order to compensate for manufacturing spread and drifting of impedances the latter are adjustable and the circuits include servocontrol means (3) for adjusting the said impedances (R) to a value dependent on that of a reference impedance (Rc) outside the integrated circuit. Applications to transceivers, in particular for the interconnection between the units of an information system. <IMAGE>
