PURPOSE: To provide a film or sheet-like medical material for a human or an animal used as a wound treating material, a surgical drape, or a medicine delivery system excellent in mechanical strength and easy to handle. CONSTITUTION: This medical material is constituted of one or more compounds (a) having a film forming property and a molecular mixture (b) of a block copolymer of polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene (i) and one or more denatured compounds (ii) selected from four substituted derivatives of ethylene diamine having the substitutional group which is a block copolymer of polyoxyethylene- polyoxypropylene. The wt. ratio of the components (a) to (b) is set to 1:20-25:1.
