Cosmetic composition for the skin or superficial body growth, containing a dispersion of solid particles in a binder, in which at least one portion of the said particles, in particular the mineral fillers and/or the mineral pigments, are introduced into the said composition in the form of particles the surface of which is coated with at least one cationic polymer. These compositions are stable and have in particular good properties of stability and of adherence on the skin or on superficial body growth.
