PURPOSE:To increase a processing speed for thereby inspecting all printed wiring boards matching the speed with a printing speed of a printer by identifying lower and upper layer marks provided in overlapping to evaluate relative positions therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An image input unit 3 reads thereinto a mark of a printed wiring board located on a positioning unit 2 and delivers image data so read to a color extraction unit 10. A control unit 6 instructs the unit 10 to extract only a color of the lower mark in the image data. An image processing unit 4 processes the image data of the lower layer mark. The unit 4 after completing the processing of the lower mark issues an end signal to the unit 6 and records processed data in a memory part. The unit 6 instructs the unit 4 to process image data of the upper layer mark, and the unit 4 records the processed data. An image output unit 5 displays a result of comparison of those data, further displaying an alarm sound when a positional displacement between the lower and upper layer marks exceeds an allowable value. |
