PURPOSE:To offer an image forming device which avoids waste and which can control an image forming frequency by a card which is hardly used in the lump in the case that the centralized control of the number of image forming sheet or the like is executed. CONSTITUTION:In the storage means 45 of a first control means 40 which manages process sequence control, counting is executed in a count storage part 452 corresponding to the ID No. of the card 30, which is selected by a selection means 454, by a count part 456 based on the ID No. of the card 30 loaded in the image forming device and according to the generation of a count pulse. On the contrary, in the case that there is no count storage part 452 which stores a copying frequency corresponding to the ID No. of the transferred card, a count storage part 453 which stores the copying frequency in the lump is provided.
