PURPOSE:To enable rear wheel side steering link mechanism to act interlockingly with the steering action of front wheels and hold rear wheels into the neutral positions at the two-wheel steering or fail time to lock them into the non-steered state, thus securing safety. CONSTITUTION:A centering spring mechanism part 83 for resetting rear wheel side steering link mechanism 1 into its neutral position is provided parallel on the side of a rear wheel steering power cylinder 3. Dead lock point mechanism parts 82 formed of dead point surpassing bent links are provided between both side parts of the centering spring mechanism 83 and the piston rod 96 side of the power cylinder 3. There are also provided lock releasing cylinder mechanism parts 100 formed of plungers operated in such a way as to let the bent connecting points 82c of the mechanism parts 82 surpass the dead point with pressure oil fed to the left and right chambers 3a, 3b of the power cylinder 3. There is additionally provided a neutral position detecting means 16 for detecting the relative rectilinear movement position between both side parts of the centering spring mechanism part 83 so as to detect the rear wheel steering state.
