PURPOSE:To surely execute the release and to eliminate the need of an inhibition term at a consecutive photographing time, in a camera which can execute remote release without a remote controller. CONSTITUTION:The range of a photographing distance is divided to plural distance areas L10-L13 and a release allowable range is set to the area L12 which is not before the area L10 corresponding to a range-finding value. When an object 33 enters the area, first exposure is executed. Thereafter, the release allowable range is changed to the area L13 which is one more before the area within a fixed waiting time. When the waiting time is finished, the release allowable range is returned to the original area L12. |
