PURPOSE:To more easily enable the investigation of a cause of dose rate abnormality by storing radiation data signal values at time intervals which lengthen as time elapses while a radiation detection signal indicates an abnormal value. CONSTITUTION:In a memory 9 radiation data signals 4a are stored at time intervals which lengthen as time elapses on the basis of pulse train signals 13b. Accordingly all storing times in the memory 9 lengthen more than the normal time due to a change with the passage of time of the signals 4a at the time when a radiation dose rate R indicating radiation detection signals 2a becomes abnormal. In addition, in another memory 8 the values of the signals 4a. are stored only when the signals 2a indicate normal values, when the signals 2a become abnormal, all storing contents at the time thereof are held while the signals 2a indicate abnormal values, and, when an output instruction signal 301 is input, the all storing contents are arranged with the passage of time to output them as data signals 8a. Accordingly the dose rate R of a radiation can be monitored by the use of a monitoring data signal 30a and the investigation of a cause of abnormality of the dose rate R can be performed more easily.
