<p>The invention relates to ultrahigh-frequency transmitter-receivers. The ultrahigh-frequency circuits (44, 51, 52), that is to say the circuits relating to the transmission-reception part and to the filtering of the ultrahigh-frequency transmitter-receiver, are mounted on the same multilayer printed circuit (1) and their electromagnetic isolation includes, on the one hand, elements of the printed circuit such as conductive tracks (10) on one of the faces of the printed circuit, plated through-holes (20, 40) pierced in the tracks and close to each other so as to act as an electromagnetic barrier and, at least for some cases, a conducting plate (5) and, on the other hand, attached elements with, in particular, a thick metal mesh (2) covered by a lid (3), the mesh resting on the conductive tracks (10).
