<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the burden for the presence/absence confirmation of conference participants and the making processing of the minutes data. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a personal terminal information input output part 2 for inputting ID information and conference data registered in advance from personal terminal equipements which members carry separately, and also, outputting conference information to the personal apparatus devices, and based on the inputted ID information, the presence/absence confirmation of members is executed. Also, this system is provided with a function for executing a recognition processing of the contents of proceedings handwriting-inputted to a presetation apparatus and inputting the data, executing a presentation display together with the conference data, executing suitably an editing processing of this displayed information as the conference information and outputting it to the personal terminal equipments.</p> |
