发明名称 TECHNIQUE FOR PREVENTING CORROSIVE METAL MATERIAL IN INORGANIC CURED PRODUCT FROM RUST
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a corrosive metal material in an inorganic cured article and improve durability by applying a mortar composition in which a porous aggregate specified in grain size, bulk density and water absorption are blended to the surface of an inorganic cured article. CONSTITUTION:A mortar composition obtained by blending porous aggregates having 5-0.06mm grain size, 1.5-0.1 bulk specific gravity and 500-15wt.% water absorption is applied to the surface of inorganic cured article such as cement mortar to be repaired or modified in which corrosive metal material such as steel is embedded. Thereby water permeability and water absorption of the corrosive metal material are reduced and the moisture permeability thereof is enhanced and rust-proofing effects can be provided to the metal material. Furthermore, a rust preventive or alkali metal salt may be built in the porous aggregate. Grain size of the aggregate is kept in the above-mentioned range in consideration of workability of trowlling. When bulk specific gravity is >=1.5 or water absorption is <=15wt.%, impregnating and absorbing ability of the rust proofing agent is low and moisture permeability of mortar is lowered. When bulk specific gravity is <=0.1 or water absorption is >=500wt.5, strength of the mortar is lowered and water permeability and water absorption is increased.
