<p>PURPOSE:To prevent worn particles from being generated due to wearing between the members of an upper flange and a sleeve and to prevent the worn particles or dust such as cut particles or the like from falling down to a roller main body side and entering a space between the sliding faces of the sleeve and the roller main body. CONSTITUTION:The guide roller is constituted so as to adjust the position of a roller main body (12) on a supporting shaft (2) by the movement of a sleeve (10) corresponding to the screwing of an upper flange (34), and a synthetic resin layer (28) is formed at the lower face part of an upper flange (26). By interposing the above-mentioned synthetic resin layer between the upper flange and the sleeve, direct friction between the upper flange and the sleeve is prevented.</p> |
