PURPOSE:To offer optical parts having antireflecting films with low surface reflectance for a wide range of visible light by laminating only three thin film layers on the base body of an optical part. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of an optical part base body 4, there are provided three layers of the first layer 1, second layer 2, and third layer 3, which satisfy the following relation. n1<n2<n3, 0.10lambda0<n1d1<0.22lambda0, 0.03lambda0<=n2d2<=0.15lambda0, and 0.40lambda0<=n3d3<=0.50lambda0, where n1 and n1d1 are the refractive index and optical film thickness of each layer (i=1, 2, 3) and lambda0 is the designed wavelength. |
