PURPOSE:To suppress reflection by a transparent conductive film so that the optical performance of the optical parts does not change so much compared with optical parts having no transparent conductive film 2. CONSTITUTION:When a transparent conductive film 2 (refractive index nF) is interposed between a transparent substrate 1 (refractive index nS) and an adhesive resin 3 (refractive index nR), the film thickness d of the transparent conductive film 2 is determined to satisfy n1d<20nm and n2d<20nm, wherein n1=nF-nS, n2=nF-nR. |
