PURPOSE:To offer a one-component magnetic developer which causes no tailing development in the process of one-component magnetic developing using an AC electric field and hardly causes fogging in the back ground even when particles of the developer are made in a smaller particle size. CONSTITUTION:This one-component developer contains a magnetic powder by 35-55wt.% and a binder resin. The magnetic powder has <=7emu/g residual magnetization and >=80emu/g saturation magnetization in a measured 10 KOe magnetic field. The number of particles of <=5mum particle size is controlled to <=25 number%. |
