CONSTITUTION: An air stream containing water vapor flowing through a condenser 20 is brought into contact with the condenser to cohere the water vapor in the condenser 20 together with mixing an absorbent solution to dilute the solution. As a result, the seizure ability of soluble contaminant gas of the water vapor condenser can be improved so that air cleaning of the space to be isolated from atmosphere such as a submarine, a spacecraft or the like is conducted. Consequently, more light and more compact contribute to the compacting and lightening of the whole system.
