PURPOSE:To alter the number of operation buttons and improve the operational properties by installing an elongated hole part to insert a plurality of key top parts into it, a position regulating part to regulate the position, and a hinge part to energize the key top parts to the pressing waiting position. CONSTITUTION:A transversely elongated hole part 20 is formed in an operational panel 2 to make it possible to insert a plurality of key top parts 40 into it and is divided into blocks by an intermediate part. Regulating part 14, 18 to regulate the position of the top parts 40 in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole part are installed and a hinge body 10 to energize the top parts 40 to return the pressing waiting position is installed in the rear of the elongated hole part 20. When a top parts 40 is pressed, the working part 10a moves and is brought into contact with the pressing switch 17, and when the pressing is released, it returns to the original position. At that time the print displaying part 9 of the top part 40 is brought into contact with the working part 10a of the hinge body 10 without sliding. Consequently, an operation button able to change the number of the operation buttons afterwards and having good operational properties is obtained.
