PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a control valve part for steering rear wheels in the opposite direction interlockingly with front wheels by steering operation in order to obtain small turning performance during low speed travel in a four wheel steering vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A feedback shaft 23 is provided coaxially with the input-output shafts 21, 22 of a rear wheel steering control valve 20 for operating a rear wheel steering power cylinder 3, and feedback cable take-up mechanism 28 is additionally provided on the feedback shaft 23. This cable take-up mechanism 28 is provided with energizing force in the cable take-up direction by a return spring 29, and a detecting means 30 for detecting the failure state of a cable 4 or the return spring 29 is additionally provided at the cable take-up mechanism 28. In addition, the feedback shaft 23 and the output shaft 22 are selectively connected to each other by delay absorbing spring mechanism 25 and negative actuation type clutch mechanism 26. These members are parallel-provided coaxially to form a unit. |
