Racemic or enantiomeric pyridazinone-substituted ethynylphenyl derivative represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and remedy for circulatory organ diseases, thrombosis and renal disease. In the said formula, R<1> represents hydrogen, C1 to C6 alkyl, C1 to C4 alkoxycarbonyl, substituted amino C1 to C6 alkyl, hydroxy C1 to C6 alkyl, or phenyl substituted with alkyl, alkoxy, nitro or halogen; R<2> represents hydrogen, C1 to C4 alkoxy or halogen; R<3> represents C1 to C4 alkoxy, C1 to C6 alkylamino or C1 to C4 alkoxy C1 to C4 alkoxy; R<4> represents C1 to C4 alkyl or amino; R<5> represents hydrogen or C1 to C4 alkyl; R<6> represents hydrogen or C1 to C4 alkyl; and R<7> represents hydrogen or C1 to C4 alkyl.
