<p>The package transporter has a number of parallel planks with top surfaces arranged in a common plane. The planks are cyclicly movable by an arrangement of hydraulic cylinders coupled to transverse beams. The transporter floor (1) has a series of longitudinal planks (1-3) which are slidable on supports (4). Below the planks, a number of hydraulic cylinders (5-7) are coupled to transverse beams (8-10) in turn coupled to the planks. The opposite side of the floor has a similar cylinder arrangement. A drive and steering control gives cyclic movement of the sliding planks, enabling controlled movement of parcels (11).</p> |
