PURPOSE:To offer a Japanese language processor for displaying and printing out the formal name and meaning of a corresponding abbreviation or the abbreviation and meaning of a corresponding normal name at the time of 'KANA' (Japanese syllabary)/'KANJI' (Chinese character) conversion processing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of document formation for adding an abbreviation dictionary file 5 and a Japanese language dictionary file 7 and executing 'KANA'/'KANJI' conversion processing, the formal name and meaning of an abbreviation consisting of characters inputted by an operator through key operation are displayed and printed out while referring the file 5, or the abbreviation and meaning of a formal name consisting of inputted characters are displayed and printed out while referring to the file 7. Even at the time of document formation frequently using abbreviations in a terminal, a document can quickly be formed while accurately checking the corresponding abbreviations without using specific dictionaries such as a Japanese dictionary and an English dictionary for abbreviations. |
