This machine is used in the shoe industry for producing shoes based on a pulling technology. Its construction is simple, easily serviced and allows for the quality treatment of men, women, and children's shoes, according to the requirements of the technological process. The semi-automaton consists of a body (1), to which is attached several polishing heads (4), treating consecutive sections from the creased surface, which is hinged on a last (5), located on a positioning mechanism (3). Each polishing head has a rotating polishing instrument (11), capable of both horizontal and vertical displacements. The horizontal displacement is done by a horizontally-driving mechanism (2), controlled by a roll-tracking mechanism (20), while the vertical movement is ensured by a vertically pressing mechanism, consisting of a first hub (13), hinged onto the shaft of a power engine (9) between driving-belt pulleys (12). Between the driving-belt pulleys of the gearings (12), fitted between the shafts of the polishing instrument, a second hub (16) is hinged, and connected to the first hub through a stretching, screw mechanism (17) and shaft body (14). The intermediate section of the shaft body holds a vertical switching off pneumatic cylinder (18).
