These extracted compounds are used in medicine for treating allergic diseases, inflammatory processes, as well as diseases of the digestive system. By this method, the following are extracted :derivatives of 1H, 3H-pyrrol/1,2-c/thiazol-7-carboxamide with a common formula<IMAGE>,where R1 is a hydrogen or halogen atom, alkyl, alkyloxy, CF3, NH2, alkyl amino, dialkylamino, -OH, -CN, phenyl or phenoxy radical; Ar is phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, quinolyl, isoquinolinyl, thienyl, potentially replaced with a halogen atom, alkyl, alkyloxy, CF3, NH2, alkyl amino, dialkylamino, -OH or CN radical, p is an integer - 0, 1 or 2, or Z is a valency bond, while R2 is H, or Z is a valency bond and R2 is a pyridyl, quinoclydinyl, 3-pyrrolydinyl, 3- or 4-pypyridyl radical, potentially replaced with alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, phenyl or phenyl alkyl radical, or Z is C1-4 alkylene radical and R2 with 2-, 3- or 4-pyridyl, 3-quinoclydinyl, 2-pyrrolydinyl, 2-, 3- or 4- pypyridyl radical, potentially replaced with alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, phenyl or phenyl alkyl radical, or is the group CON/R3//R4/, in which R3 or R4 form with the nitrogen atom pyperazine cycle, potentially replaced with alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, pyridyl, phenyl or phenyl alkyl radical, or R3 is a hydrogen atom, alkyl, phenyl or phenyl alkyl radical or the group /CH2/nN/R5/R6, where n is an integer between 1 and 4, while R5 and R6 are a hydrogen atom, alkyl, phenyl, phenyl alkyl radical, or R5 and R6 form a morpholine, thiomorpholine, pyrrolidine, piperidine or pyperazine ring, potentially replaced with alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, pyridyle, phenyl, phenyl alkyl or phenyl carbonyl radical, and R4 is /CH2/nN/R5//R6/, where R5, R6 and n have the above-mentioned meanings, or Z is C1-4 alkylene radical, while R2 is N/R3/ /R4/ or N/R5//R6/, while R3, R4, R5 and R6 have the above-mentioned meanings, provided that in all above-mentioned meanings, the alkyl radicals and the alkyl part contain between 1 and 4 carbon atoms, as well as their race mates, enantiomers, their mixtures, pure diastereo-isomers or their composites, isomers E and Z, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts as a compound with a formula<IMAGE>,in R or S form or their composites, interacts with a common formula<IMAGE>,where Ar, Z, R1 and R2 have the meanings, mentioned above, in E and Z form or their composites.
