An electrical connector which comprises (a) a housing comprising (i) a first part, and (ii) a second part moveable with respect to the first part to open and close the housing; (b) a first electrical contact carried by the first part; (c) a second electrical contact or means for locating a conductor carried by the second part, such that when the housing is closed electrical contact is capable of being made between the first contact and either the second contact or the conductor; (d) electrical ground; (e) means for moving the first and second parts to close the housing, which means is in electrical contact with the electrical ground. |
