MACHINE FOR HYDROPLASTIC DRAWING WITH THINNING

This machine is used in machine engineering and metalworking. It attains a high degree of deformation under a scheme of tense status that is implemented through a hydro prop at improved conditions for plastic form modulation. The machine contains a hydraulic four-column press, in which a device for hydro-plastic deep pulling (2), consisting of a medium plate (3), statically positioned onto a bottom plate (4) is embedded. Between the two plates a chute (6) with a pusher (7), actuated by a hydro cylinder (8) is statically fitted. The pusher (7) is located below a matrix (14), consisting of deforming elements (16) and fitted to the medium plate (3). The deforming elements (16) contain oil apertures (17) and are placed onto a sleeve (13) with an elastic cup (18), pressed against a flange (19) and pressed with a bandage bush (26). The top plate (20) of the device (2) is connected with a boot jacking cylinder (25), to whose piston (21) is affixed a boot jacking bush (22), fitted onto a sliding assembly onto an instrument (23), statically affixed to an aligning pin (24).
