The nest-former is an amendment to patent certificate No. 0048941. It extends the rope's exploitation time. The nest-former comprises a rod, jointly-connected to two curved tendon mechanisms, the lower of which is connected to a drive shaft, while the upper operates as a compensating spring element, which includes a rope and a friction holder. The two parts of the latter are connected in between through pressing bolts, below the heads of which are placed disc springs. The rope passes through the friction holder into a channel.
