This method is used in medicine for deriving medication, which antagonizes the pharmacological action of leukotrienes. By this method, a new compound is derived, which has useful pharmacological properties. The method in fact acylates 2-methyl-4,4,4-trifluorbutylamine with 4-/5-carboxi-1-methylindol-3-il-methyl/-3-metoxi-N-/2-methylphenylsulphonyl/benzamide in the presence of a dehydrating substance or with a reacting derivative compound.
