TUBULAR FILTER WASHING APPARATUS

An automatic ultrasonic cleaning method for round filter for polyester film manufacturing consists of five steps. The first step loads twenty filters on five posts among six posts formed on a turn table (10). In the second step a carrier (70) takes on filter from the turn table and feeds it so that the front part of the filter is cleaned by ultrasonic waves of thirteen to 17 KHz. The rear part of the filter is cleaned in the third step. After that, the filter is cleaned by intermittent high pressure watering. In the last step the cleaned filter is conveyed and loaded on the empty post. All the steps are performed according to a program inputted in the controller.
