POSITIONING DEVICE OF SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE:To hold a substrate horizontal when a circuit pattern is printed and electronic parts are mounted. CONSTITUTION:A mask film 14 is interposed between a substrate 1 and backup pins 9. This mask film 14 is devided into a plurality of sections N1, N2... while through-type pin holes 14 allowing only prescribed backup pins 9 are formed in the respective sections. Accordingly, the mask films 14 are taken up and back so as to interpose a desired section between the substrate 1 and a backup pin 9 and raise the backup pin 9 in this state so as to push up the substrate 1 by a prescribed backup pin 9 in order to hold the substrate.
