PURPOSE: To obtain a kit for panel diagnosis test for detecting the formation of cardiac infarction by constituting a container for receiving and retaining blood or serum sample, and an equivalent reagent that responds without any relation to each antibody that reacts with at least three kinds of monoclonal or multiclonal antibody and complementary protein. CONSTITUTION: A front panel 10 has a display window 14 for each center marker and a sample window 16. The lower surface of the panel 10 is made of an exposure drying chemical film 18, and the panel 18 is fixed to the rear of the panel 10 by a proper means. A lip is provided at a reverse side panel 12 and is extended around the panel 12 to snap-lock the panel 10, and seals the film 18 between the panels 10 and 12. The film 18 causes serum or plasma that is monoclonal or multiple-clonal antibody carrier from one edge to the other edge and an edge part 22 is aligned with the window 16. A fixed capturing antibody 24 is laminated in a layer for antibody-enzyme combination body 26, and this combination body 26 is given to a different epitope other than those confirmed by the antibody 24.
