CONSTITUTION:Before preparing a document, phrases or sentences corresponding to the theme of the document to be prepared are collected from a keyword data base 6 and classified by using a keyword retrieving device 4. By utilizing the data of phrases or sentences related to the theme of the document prepared up to the moment of the stage of planning the preparation of the document or the like, the much wider idea of a user can be supported in comparison with the case of not using this device. |
