<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of worn particles due to abrasion between members of an upper flange and a sleeve and to prevent these worn particles and dust such as chips, etc., from dropping to the side of a roller main body and then intruding into between sliding surfaces of the sleeve and the roller main body. CONSTITUTION:The subject guide roller is constituted to be capable of adjusting the position of the roller main body 22 on a supporting shaft 2 by moving the sleeve 14 in accordance with screw fitting of the upper flange 34, and by interposing an annular body (a resin cap 28) formed of a synthetic resin between the upper flange and the sleeve, the roller main body and the sleeve are separated, and hence the direct contact between the upper flange and the sleeve is prevented.</p> |
