PURPOSE: To improve the output per unit volume by forming a compact and econimic structure in a slab or strip waveguide laser. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode 1 is formed in a shape-stabilized manner, mirrors 2 and 3 and the second electrode 26 are supported by the electrode 1, the mirrors 2 and 3 are adjusted to the electrode 1 and the mirrors are fixed to the electrode 1.
