PURPOSE:To uniformly and surely produce a dust recovery filter to be mounted in a picture forming device in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Sheet-shaped filter members 3a(4a) of a nylon textile material are folded in two and matched, and the obtained L-shaped parts 6 and 6a are ultrasonically welded to form a dust recovery filter bag 5 with one end opened. The part 7 of the filter 5 is ultrasonically welded to the one face of the pierced flange 2 made of a nylon plastic material to produce a flanged dust recovery filter device 10. |
