PURPOSE:To prepare a simulation model for executing the simulation of the flow of a production lot in a manufacture stage efficiently and correctly. CONSTITUTION:The history of a manufacturing lot is extracted from the history file 1 that a production information system has and stored in a manufacturing lot history file 3 in a manufacture lot history collection device. Then in a process simulation model preparation device, a process procedure difinition table 4, and equipment difinition table 5, equipment operation calender 12 which become necessary in a simulation model are set based on the information of the manufacture lot history file 3. The model preparation mistake and the loss of objectivity caused on human being can be excluded by the complete automation of the difinition information of the process simulation model. Also, the quality of the decision making in the management control of the production system is drastically increased with the behavior of an actual production system being able to be estimated correctly. |
