PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC COATING FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a transparent org. coating film having a uniform small thickness of nm class as a monomolecular film by allowing a dechlorination reaction to take place with a chlorosilane surfactant on the surface of glass in a dry state in a nitrogen atmosphere and removing the excess surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A dechlorination reaction is allowed to take place with a chlorosilane or chlorotitanium surfactant on the surface of a silicon substrate 3 in a dry state in a nitrogen atmosphere at <=35% humidity in a glove bag 1 and the excess surfactant is removed with a solvent such as chloroform to produce a transparent org. coating film having a uniform small thickness of nm class as a monomolecular film. This monomolecular film bonds directly and chemically to the substrate and has high exfoliation resistance.
