PURPOSE:To properly and easily generate the control signal of a sample holding circuit for sampling the output current of the image sensor. CONSTITUTION:The image sensor which has image sensor circuit blocks B1-B3 driven with the saw-tooth wave generated by a saw-tooth wave generating circuit 4, a circuit 7 for converting the output currents of the image sensor circuit blocks B1-B3 into voltages, and a circuit 8 for sampling and holding the conversion output is equipped with a dummy circuit block BO of substantially the same circuit constitution with the image sensor circuit blocks B1-B3. The output current of the dummy circuit block BO is converted into a voltage and the control signal for sample holding circuit is generated according to the voltage. |
