FORMATION OF SPACER IN LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent light from leaking from a spacer and to improve the displaying quality by forming no spacer at a display picture element part. CONSTITUTION:When spacers in a spacer container 5 are scattered from a nozzle, a gate electrode group 2 and a drain electrode group 3 on a TFT substrate 1 are grounded. The spacers which are insulators while charged electrostatically descends in a spacer scatter tank 7 and are attracted to the gate electrode group 2 and drain electrode group 3 when the spacer reaches the TFT substrate 1, so few spacers drop on the display picture element part.
