MANUFACTURE OF ROTARY TRANSFORMER

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve productivity of rotary transformers by facilitating the process of adhering a short ring in a rotary transformer into a core groove. CONSTITUTION:One side of a copper foil 11 is coated with a dry-type thermoadhesive agent 12, and after its drying this adhesive copper foil 11 is punched out to prepare a short ring 13; then, this adhesive short ring 13 is fixed by thermocompression bonding to a required coil groove.
