PURPOSE:To install a front weather strip and a rear weather strip within high precision and simply in a hardtop car wherein the two are placed one on the other at a center piller. CONSTITUTION:The head portion 11a of a grommet 11 is fitted at the end 8 of a rear weather strip 2 by penetration therethrough. The tip 11b of the grommet 11 is inserted into a mounting hole 10 of an outer panel 7 in a center piller 5. Then, the head portion 11a of the grommet 11 is fitted into a recess 19 formed in a front weather strip 4. A core metal 13 of the front weather strip 4 is brought in contact with the grommet 11, and the core metal 13 and the grommet 11 are tightened together with a screw 15. |
