PURPOSE:To follow a change in the layout of a parts rack easily by installing light emitting elements and light receiving elements group at upper/lower and left/right guide rails so that they may be adjusted in a facing condition. CONSTITUTION:Upper/lower and left/right light emitting elements 5a-5f, 7a-7c and light receiving elements 6a-6f, 8a-8c are adjusted by sliding so that they may pass through the positions of take-out parts A-M. Besides, when the parts M is drawn out of a parts rack 1, it is detected that the light receiving elements 6f, 8c for two light beams from the light emitting elements 5f, 7c which cross the parts take-out position shuts off light incidence, and it is judged that the parts take-out position meets an indicating position by a judging means 15. When light incidence other than this matching is shut off, a mis-matching buzzer 16 sounds. When parts layout is changed due to a model change or the like, the light emitting elements and light receiving elements are adjusted by moving them along the guide rails 10-13 according to a new parts arrangement. It is thus possible to follow the above layout change for adjustment. |
