摘要

PURPOSE:To stably control machining laser beam output irradiated to an object to be machined without affected by optical system interposed between a laser resonator and a galvanomirror in a laser machining device using the galvanomirror. CONSTITUTION:A laser output detection element 7 is provided to a rear of a galvanomirror 5, a part of laser beam 3 passing through the galvanomirror 5 is measured by the output detection element 7, its output signal is fed back to a power supply 2 with an output control function and machining laser beam output irradiated to the object to be machined 4 is stably controlled.
