The invention relates to a device making it possible to drain, without the risk of pollution or soiling, the sumps of vehicles while directly recovering the used oil in a sealed container. It consists of a container (1) provided with stoppers (9, 10, 23), of a pump (13), of a double hose (12) and of an upper level probe (7). The user, actuating the switch (33), causes the sump (16) to be drained by the pump (13) into the container (1).
