The invention relates to a package made of a semi-rigid material for storing files known as suspended files, this package having substantially the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and comprising two longitudinal sides (2, 3) which are parallel with each other, two transverse sides (4) perpendicular to the preceding ones and integral with them, a bottom section comprising at least one element adjoining one of these sides and a section forming a lid (6, 7, 8), preferably adjoining one of the longitudinal sides (2, 3) by a folding line in such a way as to be able to be folded down in order to obturate the package at its top section. According to the invention, this package comprises two internal partitions (10) integral with at least one of the longitudinal sides and parallel with the transverse sides or capable of being disposed parallel with the latter, these partitions (10) having an identical height which is less than that of the transverse sides (4) and being separated from the latter by a distance which is sufficient to be able to suspend files (13) on the upper edge of these partitions. <IMAGE>
