PURPOSE:To provide an assembly structure of a glass-run and a corner piece whereby, even when the nearly triangular space between the corner portion of a window frame and a window glass is narrow, the turn-up or the like of members of soft material on the automobile exterior is prevented to eliminate defective appearance. CONSTITUTION:A glass-run 21, formed of soft material, has a side wall 23 on the automobile exterior and a bend portion 25 is the vicinity of a corner portion C of a window frame Fb, getting away from the window frame Fb. A corner piece 31, formed of soft material, holds the outer periphery of the glass-run under the bend portion 25 and has a side wall 33 on the automobile exterior. In the side wall 23 above the bend portion 25 of the glass run and the side wall 33 there are formed protruding portion 23b, 36a which fit continuously to an edge (f) of the window frame Fb when both are installed. An extending portion 23c is formed in the protruding portion 23b of the glass-run, extending downward from the bend portion 25. In the interface between the extending portion 23c and the protruding portion 36a there are formed a fitting hole 23d and a fitting protrusion 36d for mutual fitting. |
