PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable toilet room providing a water closet unit having hot water washing, drying and heating functions with a cooling function which can be easily installed. CONSTITUTION:A seat type water closet unit 2 having hot water washing, drying, and heating functions is built-in with a refrigerant circuit which serves as a cooling device integrally. A condenser section 9 which discards the waste heat of the refrigerant circuit is adapted to be submerged in the water of a low tank 10 for flushing the water closet. When a water temperature detection sensor 11 installed in the low tank 1 indicates that the water temperature exceeds a specified value, a solenoid valve 12 is opened so that water may be discharged to a closet 1. |
