The subject of the invention is a process for the production of L-lysine by fermentation.
According to the invention, a microorganism (belonging to the genus Brevibacterium or to the genus Corynebacterium) which is resistant to acyl lysines and/or methylated acyl lysines and capable of producing L-lysine is cultured and the L-lysine produced and accumulated in the culture broth is recovered.
Applications: production of L-lysine by fermentation with a high yield and accumulated quantity and the costs for the industrial production of L-lysine can be reduced.
