PURPOSE:To mold firmly a molding such as synthetic resin catch on a tape-like base material, by impregnating the tape-like base material of a molding part with a liquid synthetic resin and solidifying it prior to molding when performing a monolithic injection molding of synthetic resin onto a flexible tape-like base material such as cloth. CONSTITUTION:A tape-like base material 21 is passed along a mold parting face 19 and sent pulsatively with a tape feeding means and then a small hole 3f is drilled thereon at a constant pitch with a small hole drill 3. By impregnating the peripheral part of this small hole with a synthetic resin by using a impregnating means 4 and solidifying it, said peripheral part is reinforced so that a big hole 5f is easily punched thereon with a big hole punch 5 without deformation. The synthetic resin is injected from a runner into the peripheral part of said big hole 5f and said peripheral part is injection-molded without deformation such as bending. In such a manner, said tape like base material and the molding are firmly bonded together and a synthetic resin molding having a high strength is obtained. The synthetic resin is injected from a injection nozzle 10a into the impregnating means 4 and a molding means 7 through gates 4c and 7c, runners 20a, 20b, 20 and a sprue 24a. |
